We stayed for four nights whilst we visited friends in Felixstowe. The hosts Geoffrey and Anne were charming, with an extensive local knowledge. Our car broke down during the weekend, and they couldn't have been more helpful! The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable and our breakfast was delicious. This is a really lovely place to stay.

Greeted by a fabulous cup of tea! What a great start after our trip from London. Room was very homely with extra pillows and snugly blanket. Tea and coffee and water also. Ample storage in room and very cosy and warm. Even had a radiator in the dunny! Near to restaurants and pub it's a great spot to rest your... More

We have had an exchange for one weekend, 14 dutch children stay as couples in a English family. As committee members we have guided them and we stayed at the Grafton. Clean, good room with top breakfast and friendly served. Thanks for your hospitality.

When I was visiting friends near Felixstowe in the summer I stayed 1 night at The Grafton. A really nice and elegant guest house owned by a very refined husband and wife team. This guesthouse surpassed all my expectations. Amongst the best guesthouses I have stayed in during my travels on the East Coast. An excellent advert for Felixstowe.

Sanity returns the moment we walk in the front door! An excellent, friendly guest house, unique for its friendly attentive service. Nicely maintained and pristine. We love the sea-view room, and everyone gets a sea view from the breakfast room, with the sun rising over the water. You can walk along the coast to Landguard Point (a bird migration hot... More

We stayed one night at the Grafton a few days ago, at the end of a 6-day cycling trip round East Anglia, and this was one of the best b&b's we found. Well-located right on the seafront, a comfortable room (Room 5, with an en-suite), a firm and comfortable bed, good straightforward and tasty breakfast, and a warm and friendly... More

I stayed here as I was attending a function in the town and didn't want to stay in the local hotels which are either shabby or expensive. The Grafton was a welcome change. Very friendly owners. Spotless rooms and most important a very comfortable bed. I was in a large double room with ensuite shower. Tea/coffee, biscuits, bottled water provided.... More
