The good bits The 'superior double' room was very spacious, clean, nicely decorated and had an extremely comfy king-sized bed. Cooked breakfast was excellent - our compliments to the (teenage) chef. Stayed at this hotel during mid-December. It has a three-star rating but not the service to go with it. We had no heating in our bedroom for the first few hours after we arrived and only one bath towel (there were three of us in a family room).
