I didn't expect when I went away for a weekend such attractive accommodation and a very charming hostess who didn't find anything too much trouble, Delightful and charming bedrooms, warm and well furnished and a nicer breakfast than I've found in many larger and more expensive hotels. If I go back to Sheringham I'd be very happy to stay there... More

After a two year break we returned to Ashbourne House. Last visit we gave it 5 stars for every category and it will be the same again this time. Nothing is too much trouble for our host, Gill, all diets are catered for - there is no problem that cannot be solved. We were in Victory, which has a walk... More

Have stayed in this area quite often, but have just found this gem and will be back for more ! Excellent accommodation. The room was brilliant, with everything provided. 2 sachets of hot chocolate, now that's a first ! Why is there only usually 1 ? Breakfast was great and nothing was too much trouble. If only all b&bs were... More

I found Ashbourne House by chance as a last minute break and was not disappointed. The rooms were so comfortable and breakfast fantastic. A great host with a wonderful home. Thank you! We hope to return again soon.

Spent Easter at this lovely B&B in the coastal town of Sheringham. Ideally placed for the coast and the town, we were given a warm welcome from Gill when we arrived and then offered a welcome drink and nibbles which was a nice touch! During our stay we recieved many tips on decent restaurants and places to see (Number 10... More

3 nights in this comfortable, clean and stylish B&B has been a wonderful break. The breakfasts are freshly prepared to order and cater for every taste. The location just a few minutes walk from the town offers and peaceful yet convenient spot. Perfect, we will be back.

Just back from 2 days at Ashbourne house and so glad we decided on staying there. The rooms are very clean and the views lovely from the room "Victory". You could never leave breakfast hungry as there is so much to choose from. When we re-visit Sheringham this is the place we will stay at.

This must be the 3rd or 4th time my wife Ruth and I have stayed at Ashbourne House in Sheringham where once again we had a superb room and excellent breakfasts. This B&B is conveniently situated both for the town of Sheringham and the beach and we would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to visit Sheringham. Well done again... More

This is our second visit to Sheringham and Ashbourne House this year, and both times it has rained, despite forecasts saying it wont! However the welcome from Gill and her family was warm "the heating was on too" which helped us dry out later on after our walk to Weybourne and back. The bed in The Victory is massive and... More

Spent a weekend at this B&B for a short break, staying in the Mary Rose room. Very comfy bed and nice room. Good breakfast and Jill catered for my husband's gluten free diet well (we advised on booking). Would definitely stay again.
