Disappointing, uncomfortable 3 night stay at this guest house which we chose from their website. This shows it to be AA 4 star rated although they are now apparently only 3 star. Pleasant friendly greeting upon arrival, explaining that they had had a water leakage the previous day resulting in a change of room for us. Breakfast was great, a... More

Yet another fantastic stay at this small quaint guesthouse. The proprietors Graham and Roz are very friendly and nothing is to much bother for them. Rooms are tastefully decorated taking in the local places of interest. A good variety is offered for breakfast and they will provide an evening meal if requested. Many places of intrest to visit especially being in... More

First visit to this Guest House and it certainly will not be my last. Such a warm welcome by Roz on arrival. Have a bit of a mobility problem so I was allocated a ground floor bedroom for easiness. Room nice and bright, plenty of room, comfy bed and lovely soft fluffy towels. I felt at home right from the... More

Single traveller who was given a lovely double room on the ground floor. It was very clean warm and beautifully decorated.. Service was second to none and I was made to feel very welcome. The breakfasts were lovely with ample choice. The ideal thing about the Bayleaf is the location. My thing is the steam railway and this B and... More

Just returned from a short break at the Bayleaf. Greeted very warmly on arrival and made to feel at home. The room was large cosy warm and spotless. Breakfast was served in a lovely conservatory. Lots of choice of fresh fruit cereals and juices. The full English breakfast was superb. All in all an excellent stay and I wouldn't hesitate... More

7th visit to the Bayleaf so they're obviously doing something right. Warm welcome, super breakfasts, comfy room and the location couldn't be better. Always a shame to leave, but I know we'll be back. Anyone looking for a friendly place to stay in Sheringham need look no further, Roz and Graham are the perfect hosts.

Exceptionally warm and friendly welcome as soon as i rang the bell. Room very clean, neat and excellent comfortable bed. More important was the welcome from my hosts, Graham & Ros. What a great pair of hosts? Sociable, funny, friendly, you name it, that is the Bay Leaf,St. Peters Road,Sheringham. A very enjoyable visit. Highly recommended.

had a lovely stay at the Bayleaf so we could do some Christmas shopping. It makes a great base for shopping in Sheringham itself, Holt and Norwich to name but a few gift opportunities. Had our usual warm welcome and fab breakfast and lovely cosy room. You can't beat it!

This is the 10th year in a row that we've been to the Bayleaf which says it all! Ros and Graham do a fantastic job of making us welcome every year which is why we keep going back. The Bayleaf is in a great location as the train station, buses, town and beach are all within very easy walking distance.... More
