We stayed for three nights and were made to feel welcome from the very start! Lovely clean, cosy room...everything you could want! Wonderful breakfast, served up in a dining room surrounded by a myriad of treasures collected by Ian over the years......Absolutely fascinating!! A sofa and an open fire to die for, all in all a fantastic stay! Thank You!!

We came for one night two weeks ago, what a fabulous find, so welcoming and friendly, offered tea on arrival and a choice of fruit and yogurt for breakfast as well as everything else English. Definitely recommend it. Lovely house Laurie Jackson

Cannot fault - very pleasant, comfortable room with en-suite BATH room (bigger than mine), use of large living room (much bigger than mine), etc. and very good value that will be hard to beat. Ian & Emma couldn't have been more friendly and helpful - good conversation and sense of humour. Only thing we couldn't understand is why they were... More

A most beautiful bed and breakfast in the middle of North Walsham although you wouldn't know it. Serene, spacious and luxury bed covers! The room was really comfortable and clean with a lovely big bath and to die for shower! We were made very welcome and had a huge front room all to ourselves as guests. The breakfast was fantastic... Great B&B, Martyn who runs it was formerly an AA Hotel Inspector. He certainly knows how to run a B&B, little details like turning back the bedding back on the very comfy bed ready for us tired travellers to hop into it. A very good breakfast is provided using quality local food and four different home made marmalades. He even... More

Four of us came to North Walsham to surprise a friend and we all really enjoyed our stay at the coach house. It really is a perfect B&B. The building is a lovely, quirky place which Ian and Sarah renovated over the years they've been there and they really have done a great job. Our room was beautiful with everything... More

Our weekend at the Coach House had all the essentials of home; Wi-fi, bath-robes, hot-shower and a comfy bed with feather pillows. Breakfast was totally of our choice, fresh berries and organic yoghurt, followed by a beautifully cooked full-English. Ian aims to please, and makes you feel welcome to share the comforts of his characterful home and his obvious passions... More

My wife and I were desperately looking to find a B&B in North Walsham for a family get together. We were lucky to find Th Coach House. Not like your average B&B....but like a home from home. Full run of the kitchen to make fresh coffee, the spacious lounge to watch telly or relax. A fantastic interior full of things... More

We've just spent a lovely night at the Coach House. The owner, Ian was so welcoming and accommodating - very engagingnteresting and easy to deal with. The room we had was spacious, spotless, comfortable and well furnished. Added bonus was use of a large downstairs living room. It's a pleasure to stay somewhere like this. Very well priced to boot.... More

My partner and I stayed here in April for just the one night, as part of a family trip, and wished we could've stayed longer. The building and gardens are beautiful - as soon as we arrived we knew we'd come somewhere special. We were warmly welcomed by the owners and made a big pot of tea whilst we put... More
