I stayed here for a night to visit my family, I don't think I could find a single fault in the Chimneys. I stayed in a massive, freshly decorated twin room and it had everything in it you could ask for; hot water bottle, sewing kit, even an alarm clock that charged my iPhone. Everything is done to the highest... More

This B&B was perfect for us for many reasons - not only was it ten minutes drive from family, but it was also close to the town centre for those who wish to use it. The homeowner pulled out all the stops for us - we could choose what time we wanted breakfast and felt ever so welcome in her... More

Thank you for staying recently at Chimneys. I am so pleased you enjoyed our accommodation and the breakfast selection. I'm sorry you found parking a little bit difficult. If all cars are parked in an orderly fashion, there is lots of room. it's my fault for not asking guests to park in a certain formation. tthank you for bringing this to... More

Our trip was an overnight stay to visit nearby family, which seemed like a lovely mini-break thanks to Jenny & her care and warm welcome for us and our dog. We had the four poster room which was bright, spacious and with a large en-suite. The view of the garden was gorgeous with the trees in blossom and we appreciated... More

I'm so glad your enjoyed your experience at Chimneys. The four poster room is a delightful one and now the box garden is beginning to mature, it has a very pretty view. It's particularly quiet that you wouldn't really think you were in the town as the garden is so secluded. Glad you liked the breakfast. The poached eggs are... More

My boiler had broken down and I had no hot water or heating. I decided to pamper myself and searched on google for a dog friendly b and b for two nights. Chimneys was my choice due to excellent reviews and I was keen to explore the local area. I also am bipolar and had just emerged from a severe... More

It was a pleasure to have you and Smartie stay for the week. What a gorgeous and well behaved dog and he really seemed to enjoy the garden and watching the chickens. I do hope your boiler problems have been fixed. So pleased you like the way we style our rooms. We are in the process of upgrading all our... More

We had travelled from Scotland to Norfolk for a family celebration. Jenny warmly greeted us on our arrival offering to make us a cup of tea. She showed us to our room giving us plenty of information as to how the shower/tv etc worked. Much appreciated info (most places throw you a handbook only). The room was very warm and... More

Our second stay at Chimneys was just as cosy and comfortable as our first. We were made very welcome (including our dog) and we loved our room with its spacious bathroom and pretty view onto the garden. The breakfast at Chimneys is superb - high quality ingredients, a proper tablecloth and fantastic home-made jams. The extra little touches make Chimneys... More

I was made most welcome. The room was warm, clean and comfortable and the breakfast top notch! Jenny is a mine of information about the area. Would certainly stay again and recommend-if for the pear and vanilla jam alone.

My husband & I stayed for 5 nights at the Chimneys B & B recently (end of November). Jenny was the best innkeeper we have ever had the pleasure to meet. She even shared her morning runs before breakfast each day. Breakfast was a pleasure with homemade breads, jams and eggs cooked to order. We loved our front room as... More

We cannot recommend this dog friendly B&B highly enough, with Jenny being a wonderful host making us so welcome throughout our stay.
