In July, we enjoyed our second stay in this extremely comfortable, very clean and friendly B& B. Lesley and Mark know exactly how to please their guests. Their thoughtful extras, the good location with easy on-road parking, all contribute to making the stay a very pleasant one. Highly recommended.

The best of 8 Norfolk b&bs we stayed in on a 10 day walking holiday, we were glad that we had 2 nights here. Lovely tea & cakes on arrival. Beautiful, spacious, immaculate yellow room & pink room; very comfortable. So much thought and attention to detail have gone into this place. Breakfast was delicious. Pleasant guests' sitting room. Upon arrival we were asked would we like tea or coffee and cake, which was a lovely welcome. Our room was the Yellow room. It was lovely. It was clean, fresh and very very comfortable. Definitely stay again!

Went to Norfolk on a birding trip & came across this B & B. Welcomed with tea & cake, given the list for the mornings breakfast, the choice was staggering from healthy fresh fruit & yogurt to full English. The rooms were spotless & the facilities in the room great, the location just off the through road were perfect &... More

A lovely place to stay. We were welcomed with cream scones, cake and tea, and allocated the yellow room on the first floor. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and tastefully furnished with a sea view. Location was very good too--in a quiet area but very close to both town and sea front. Breakfasts excellent with varied choices, and Lesley... More

A top class B&B with better service and facilities than some hotels I have stayed at. The room was very comfortable and the en suite facilities were good and well planned. A nice touch is free bottled water and fresh milk available from a fridge near the guest rooms. The breakfast was good and well cooked with fresh eggs from... More

Have recently been to stay at this lovely B & B. As usual we were made to feel most welcome by Lesley & Mark, our room was spotless and breakfasts out of this world. This is the best B & B we have ever stayed in and will definitely be coming back again.
