We spent 3 nights at Ashleigh Lodge and were very impressed. Our room was a great size and we had a bath with a powerful shower which was a bonus as we were on a Land Rover weekend and to sink into a bath with endless hot water after a day driving the byways was bliss. Everything here is spotless... More

We had another lovely break at Ashley Lodge. Spotless room, pretty garden to sit in and delicious breakfast. We took friends this time who were very impressed. This is a special B&B we really enjoy staying there and highly recommend it. Trish and Rod Leicester

We were impressed immediately upon arrival. Parking in the street was hassle free, the house was very smart looking and the garden was quiet and secluded with a lovely pond and tables and seating for guests to use. Our room was in the garden area but not one of the lodges. The bed was comfortable, both the bedroom and bathroom... More

We stayed here for 6 nights at the beginning of June for an easy-going holiday visiting those places in Norfolk that we didnt see 14 years ago on our first visit. John and Liz run this B&B and it was perfect , from the tea/coffee/biscuits/fresh-milk provided daily in our room (and which included green tea for my wife after she... More

Stayed here for two nights with our 14month old. Hosts were excellent and gave us a two bedroom room. The room was lovely with all the conveniences of a hotel. The room was cleaned on the second day, which was unexpected for a b&b. the breakfast was gorgeous, top quality ingredients and excellently cooked. The location was perfect... 5 mins... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights with our two small dogs. Room was lovely and clean and well maintained. Delicious cooked breakfast and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this place and have every intention of returning myself.

Please ignore the ridiculous review from "New York". This is our fourth visit and the accommodation cannot be faulted - we stay with our two dogs who are welcomed just as much as we are. John and Liz are perfect hosts - plenty of freedom , lovely clean room with plenty of tea/coffee/biscuits provided and breakfast is perfect - yoghurt/cereal/fresh... More

Whoever wrote the last poor review of this place hasn't a clue. The rooms and the service was on par with any 5-6 star hotel. Personally I can't thank John, Liz and summer enough, hope to see you soon.

Stayed at this lovely bed n breakfast in Hunstanton for the Easter weekend. This was the first time we have ever taken our dog away with us, so a bit of an experiment! Our accommodation was a chalet in the garden, a double room with en suite bathroom, the room was spotlessly clean. Our hosts John and Liz made us... More
