Very easy to find. Room was lovely, nice size for 2 adults and our 8 year old. Everything was spotless. Scones in room on arrival. Linda and Richard were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, son couldn't get enough! Great location, would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this B&B for 2 nights in August. When we arrived we paid upfront as you are only able to pay with credit card and cheque and didn't want to carry the money round with us. We were showed to our room and a few minutes later the owner came up to our room and said we hadn't... More

I feel very upset by this review. Ok, yes my husband misread the booking but how this is unreasonable to check is rude? I have no idea? mistakes are made via booking agents and human error, but we are always made out to be in the wrong! We work flipping hard and I do not see it as unreasonable to... More

Just returned from a 4 night stay here. Had the Superior room , very pleasant and extremely comfortable. Bathroom could do with updating. Spotless and lovely sea view. Good position for all amenities. Large breakfast cooked superbly and large enough to see us through to dinner. On day 3, I asked for a change to my usual full english to... More

Well, we are completely stumped by this review! My goodness! We ask all guests to pre order their breakfasts the day before however long their stay so that we can run a proficient breakfast service! As to a altercation being heard in the kitchen...I would say that most kitchens serving a quantity of food have some banter but I would... More

We stayed in room 3 for 4 nights. Very clean and spacious. The original fireplace of mackintosh design was lovely. In fact most of the building is faithful to the original Victorian architect who lived there I should imagine. Breakfast was cooked fresh and of excellent quality. The owners are there if needed but not intrusive. We met some lovely... More

Have been going to the gables for about 12 years would all recommend people to stay. Linda and Richard and the pets always make you feel welcome very relaxed atmosphere. If you are very lucky you can have a room mate named Oliver the cat.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights from the 14th June. A warm welcome greeted our arrival and we were taken to room 5 on the second floor. An excellent position with lovely views of Boston Square gardens to the sea beyond. The room was well laid out with lots of tea, coffee and chocolate sachets. In addition scones... More

The minute we walked through the doors of The Gables B&B first (in summer 2010) it was clear that this place was going to give us a great time in Hunstanton and it did that very well indeed. We have been 6 times summer 2010, winter and summer 2011, summer 2012 and winter and summer 2013. All in all we... More

I can't comment on our stay at the B& B as our booking was cancelled by the proprietor before arrival. I had booked a weekend break through late rooms for myself my husband and 16 month old son, the website stated that cots were available. The owner phoned the next day to cancel our booking saying that children were not... More

We have made the decision this year to not accept young children and we quite clearly state that we do not accept children under the age of 7 on our web site and feel this is a totally unnessassry usage of this review site and we feel that no apology is necessary on this occasion. More
