This was a late booking to join friends in Norfolk. Walnut Barn was fortunately available for 1 week. John and Louisa were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Walnut Barn was ideal, well appointed and very relaxing. Nice little touches like fresh bread, biscuits and flowers on the table all helped. Our cocker spaniel "Skye" soon settled... More

Charming, maybe not the best way to describe this lovely, relaxing and dare I say it, perfect B & B. But it sums it up nicely. The often used expression 'it's a B & B' should not be applied to this establishment. Perhaps 5 star accommodation is more accurate and it's not just the accommodation. The welcome and the service... Had the pleasure of staying at White Horse Farm once more 'Primrose'. As usual John and Louisa were perfect hosts. Enjoyed a magnificent evening meal and two cooked breakfasts which were taken in the new summer house over looking the beautiful garden a perfect addition to already a perfect place. A must if you enjoy being truly spoilt. First class accommodation in a divine setting. Louisa and John were the most gracious hosts. It was their mission to ensure your holiday was as perfect as it could be. Lots of return bookings is confirmation of the quality of the experience. Cormac our Irish Terrier loved his time in Norfolk. We... More

John and Louisa are the perfect hosts - they provide immaculate accommodation and stunning extras - wine on arrival, home made bread and cakes - they really do attend to everyone's individual needs and make you feel truly at home in their delightful holiday cottages. We have stayed four times now and look forward to returning - winter or summer... More

Primrose Barn is beautiful and luxurious yet relaxed and John and Louisa are incredibly welcoming hosts. Louisa is a fantastic cook and the dine in service is a must. The little extra touches - homemade cake, fresh bread, milk and butter - make it very special. The surrounding area is also stunning and there is lots to see and do... More

Just returned home after a wonderfully relaxing two weeks at Cowslip barn. John & Louisa were very welcoming & friendly. The barn was extremely clean & luxurious with lots of thoughtful touches which made it a truly unique self catering experience. Our dog Rosie was made very welcome and enjoyed the enclosed garden attached to Cowslip. We also enjoyed playing tennis... More

We recently stayed in Walnut Barn with our 2 children and dog. We were made to feel extremely welcome by John and Louisa. The setting of the barns is superb, a quiet lane and with beautiful gardens. The quality of accommodation is good and the grass tennis court is a real bonus - the kids loved it. Some great pubs... More

We are tardy writing this review but finally have some time to declare our love of Sweet Pea Cottage and the immensely attractive surroundings. Welcomed by John immediately we were made to feel - for the given time - that this cottage was our home. Delicious cooked breakfasts were served at our cottage dining table. It was Easter during our... More

We recently stayed in the Sweet Pea Bed & Breakfast whilst visiting my daughter and her husband who were staying in one of the Barns. What a welcome. We were greeted by John and shown to our beautiful room. The whole setting here is wonderful. The room was delightful with a vase of fresh sweet peas. The gardens are out... More
