Everything about this b and b was really superb. Situated in the quiet small village of Field Dalling, it is handy for the coast and the many inland attractions of this lovely part of the country. We were welcomed by the friendly hosts who clearly took pleasure in their pretty garden. Once inside we were shown to our room, the... More

We have just returned from Norfolk where we were fortunate enough to stay here. Very comfortable room which was nicely decorated, very clean and thoughtfully presented. Lovely ensuite with a good shower. Pat and Peter are very friendly hosts making you feel welcome . The breakfasts are delicious making this a great place to stay if you are in the area.

Far enough away from everything but near enough to get everywhere. Friendly hosts, clean rooms, shower to knock your socks off, breakfast to set you up for the day and peaceful too. Felt relaxed and rested after a few days here.

Stayed here mid-December to attend the Thursford Christmas Spectacular and found it to be just a perfect B&B. In a beautiful, quiet countryside setting, the Old Plough is a stunning place with thoughtfully decorated rooms and lovely, clean bathrooms. The bathrooms have old fashioned looking fittings to fit with the charm of the cottage but are obviously all fairly new... More

Stayed at the Old Plough House for 3 nights in September, Peter and Pat are ideal hosts with good local knowledge and restaurant recommendations which were definitely to our tastes. The breakfasts were very good and sitting around one table is a good way to meet fellow travellers. Our room was very clean, the bed very comfy and bathroom better... More

Just returned from a 2 night stay 7/8/9 October, for a wedding nearby. The Old Plough House is extremely comfortable, homely and welcoming. Peter and Pat are welcoming, warm, social and also very sensitive to your situation and space as guests. I would highly recommend the Old Plough House. Thank you Peter and Pat.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this great b&b. The owners are very welcoming and have a wealth of local knowledge & recommendations for the area. Room very comfortable with quality tea, coffee & toiletries. Breakfast offered a good choice especially the local smoked haddock & kippers in addition to the usual full English all sampled and were... More

Located a small distance from any villages, this B&B was a little difficult to find initially (a larger sign out front would be handy) but a great place to stay. Welcoming and informative hosts and a great room made a very pleasant recovery from the horror story in Cambridge (Brooklands Guest House - reviewed elsewhere!!!). This place restored our faith... Beautiful house and gardens set in an idyllic quiet Norfolk village yet only a few miles from many of North Norfolk's finest attractions. A very warm welcome from hosts Peter & Pat, well appointed room and wonderful breakfasts. Can't praise the Old Plough House and it's owners highly enough, you will not be disappointed. Our first visit here but will... More
