Rosie was wonderful and made us feel home straight away. We had the barn to ourselves: 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a great living room, where we lit a fire and crashed out after bird-spotting in the broads and watching the seals on the beach just down the road. It is a truly lovely spot. Really comfortable, very reasonable and... More

From the first phone call to our departure Rosie was a treasure, from the information sent to a warm welcome with tea and cake, a card for our wedding anniversary and the fab breakfasts. We stayed in the barns downstair four poster bed room, with use of a lounge area and kitchen, going to the main house for breakfast in... More

We booked the barn at the last minute, and despite some confusion (from me!) about how many of us were going, Rosie was amazingly accommodating. We had two rooms in the barn, one on the ground floor and our daughter had the upstairs room directly above. Both rooms were beautifully set out, a shower en suite in ours and a... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 days at Manor Farmhouse, thank you Rosie and David for a warm welcome, a very good room and excellent breakfasts, it was my first visit to North Norfolk and I benefited from Rosie's intensive knowledge of the area. Thank you. Daniele and Roger

Me and my boyfriend stayed here upon a recommendation from a friend of mine for a weekend away. What a friendly and hospitable place, we stayed in the barn next to the house and was very lucky as we had it to ourselves. The room was big with a lovely comfy bed and en suite. Rosie was ever so friendly... More

Our stay in the Barn at Manor Farmhouse was the highlight of our honeymoon as we drove from South West Scotland back to London, stopping in little B&Bs along the way…. Back in July our host, Rosie, had made us so welcome that we didn't hesitate in returning just a few months later for some rest & relaxation. With excellent... More

We received a warm welcome from our host (Rosie) who offered us a hot drink as soon as we arrived in addition to that, a slice of cake that was an added touch. Rosie was also very helpful in informing us about the local area and what she thought the best pubs were to visit. We stayed in the beautiful... More

A truly lovely place to stay in the Norfolk countryside. The rooms were very comfortable and stylish and the b&b is run by a lovely couple who go out of their way to ensure you have a great time. (They even posted us back some items of clothing we accidentally left!). Cannot recommend highly enough for anyone thinking of staying... More

Our one night stay was booked at short notice after I'd spent a day trying to find accommodation reasonably near the coast in this part of Norfolk. Somehow this one evaded me until I'd almost given up. Very friendly and helpful hosts, and a good welcome. Our upstairs double room in the converted barn was comfortable with an ensuite bathroom....
