Situated in a lovely quiet part of Diss, just by the green and within walking distance of the mere and town centre. The room I had was spacious, beautifully furnished and thoroughly home-like, with a large en-suite bathroom with shower. I slept like a log. I felt completely welcomed, just as though I were a guest in a friend's house,... More

We stayed here on a house hunting trip in the Diss area. We were looking for somewhere conveniently placed for Diss, but quiet and this was perfect, behind the green but walking distance from the town. But it was much more than that, a lovely, comfortable bedroom in a pretty period house with 2 friendly, welcoming owners. We had the... More

My Husband and I plus our 15 year old Grandson Jack stayed for 5 nights whilst we were at Bressingham Steam Rally with our traction engine. From the moment we were greeted with a handshake and shown our rooms nothing was too much trouble. Excellent choice of cereals and full English breakfast. Jack has asked if we can go back... More

Stayed for 2 nights this weekend to attend a wedding nearby. As soon as we arrived we were made very welcome. Slept like a log and ate 2 hearty breakfasts - can't ask for more! Great location and great value.

My mother in law stayed here for 4 days in February. The room with en-suite was very comfortable. It was clean and had all facilities needed i.e tea, coffee, wifi etc. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast with a great selection of continental and a full english. Suzanne and Stephen were very welcoming and the rooms were very... More

A fantastic experience from booking through to leaving . The hosts are very welcomming and able to answer every question posed, even when we needed some unusual information as our stay was not leisure related. Extremely clean and quirky home from home , with a delicious breakfast - and a great choice too . Planning a return visit soon .... More

My husband and I stayed here as we was visiting family in Diss. The B & B is tucked away in a very small housing cul-de-sac but once we found it we was not disappointed. Our room was very clean & comfortable with a nice country/homely feel. My only small gripe was that there was a shower head attachment on... More

Having a small house and a new baby I booked my parents into Cobwebs B&B for 4 nights whilst they visited me from abroad. They really enjoyed the stay and said they slept really well in the bed and breakfast was lovely. We found the host couple very friendly and most accommodating. Diss is a wonderful little town only a... More

My wife and I ,accompanied with our 16 year old granddaughter recently stayed for 5 nights at Cobwebs B & B. On arriving we were given a very friendly greeting by Suzanne and Stephen. Cobwebs is lovely old property with later sympathetic additions combining olde world features but with upto the minute conveniences. With a name like Cobwebs ,I can... More

Just a short walk from the centre of Diss in an intriguing historical area. The accommodation is very comfortable. Had an early tea in the Thatchers Needle pub around the corner and came back to watch World Cup football in our bedroom. Breakfast was good.
