A lot of thought has gone into these cottages. Little touches like touch bedside lamps, plenty of hooks in bathroom at different heights, bed and chair raisers, furniture that can be moved around, along with extremely friendly and helpful owners means this is our second visit and we will be going back. They even looked after our dogs while we... More

Location of property very nice on borders of Norfolk/Suffolk countryside. Property very good however, depending on level of disability firmer mattresses would be an advantage when there are problems with one's balance and also would benefit from having a second rail at the side of lavatory; having said that there were plenty of rails at sink (which is lowered -... Once again we have had a fantastic stay at the cottages. The weather was excellent. The wild life this year was great, ducklings, baby moorhens .at least ten. The setting is ideal for visiting local area. Cottages are very well equipped and so peaceful, but near a143. We just love to visit, each year we bring four residents and four staff ,and... More

Even though these cottages are not recommended for children (due to deep pond) they were perfect inside and accommodated our little ones. Being all on one floor and nice and contained, there was nothing dangerous and we could actually relax when we were inside. Owner really pleasant and efficient to deal with. Lovely tea and scones on arrival, clean and... More

My wife and I spent the August Bank Holiday weekend at Jayes Holiday Cottage and had a wonderful time. The cottages are surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are many nice villages and pubs to visit. Our cottage was spacious, very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were both very helpful and attentive... More

The Jays cottages are a real hidden treasure. Excellent amenities throughout and the owners are very helpful and friendly, they make you feel like family. Can't rate this place enough. Also check out Wyken Vineyards, just down the road, the food there is class and so is the wine.

Peaceful, quiet and relaxing a cosy home from home. Owners friendly and couldn't be more helpful. A good central base for visiting areas in Suffolk and Norfolk. An excellent break from the fast pace of life at home and work in Kent. Freedom to take things slowly, to relax in the patio garden watchiing the many birds on the bird... More

Lovely! Very comfortable and spacious cottages, lovely setting and amazing place. Owners where very helpful and pleasant, catering for any questions/queries we had. A quick drive from London and lots to do in the local area. Will definitely visit again as we now love the countryside!
