Even though these cottages are not recommended for children (due to deep pond) they were perfect inside and accommodated our little ones. Being all on one floor and nice and contained, there was nothing dangerous and we could actually relax when we were inside. Owner really pleasant and efficient to deal with. Lovely tea and scones on arrival, clean and... More

My wife and I spent the August Bank Holiday weekend at Jayes Holiday Cottage and had a wonderful time. The cottages are surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are many nice villages and pubs to visit. Our cottage was spacious, very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were both very helpful and attentive... More

The Jays cottages are a real hidden treasure. Excellent amenities throughout and the owners are very helpful and friendly, they make you feel like family. Can't rate this place enough. Also check out Wyken Vineyards, just down the road, the food there is class and so is the wine.

Peaceful, quiet and relaxing a cosy home from home. Owners friendly and couldn't be more helpful. A good central base for visiting areas in Suffolk and Norfolk. An excellent break from the fast pace of life at home and work in Kent. Freedom to take things slowly, to relax in the patio garden watchiing the many birds on the bird... More

Lovely clean and friendly cottages in the Suffolk country side. Perfect place for long walks in the country side, gorgeous local pubs and restaurants. Beautiful hosts. Try the local winery for brunch. Would highly recommend to all visitors.

The bungalows were suitable for people who needed wheelchair access, the floors are all one level and have an accessible kitchen and wet room. The grounds are peaceful and relaxing and a base if you wish to visit the surrounding area. I visited with students and staff from work and we all found our needs were well catered for. I... More
