All in all one of the best sites I have ever stayed at, Toilet block clean tidy and adequate, as a regular camper I can tell you there are the usual amount of toliets and showers for this standard of site. Great staff, location perfect for walking and cycling and Brancaster beach is one of the best i have visited... more

We had booked a lovely weekend away, but on arrival, the lady on reception was the most rude and obnoxious person we have ever experienced. We had booked 2 nights but wanted to change the date of one of the nights. I was happy to pay and for them to fit me in when they had a space. However, the... more

We came for a relaxing weekend break. Although the staff were very helpful and friendly, unfortunately a couple of things let the site down. We felt that a shower block consisting of 3 showers was inadequate and the ladies toilet block was similar with 3 toilets and only 2 sinks! Considering the size of the site this was not enough... more

A lovely place for a campsite. Very friendly and good for couple or families. Sadly we could not enjoy this campsite as much as we had hoped. Each night at eight thirty a plague of flying beetle rose up from the ground and swarmed the entire site. This was as though straight from a horror movie and was the most... more

We had a three night camping visit during half term Mon - Wed. We survived torrential rain and strong gales in our tent but one our family's tent did not survive the test. Staff at the campsite immediately provided us with another tent, put it up for us, AND took it down when we'd finished. The facilities were clean. The... more

Spent a night camping at Deepdale. We'd chosen the Sunday at the end of the Easter break so everything was very quiet because most people had return home that day. The site is clean and all the facilities are in good condition. During a busy time I think it might be a bit of a squeeze, plus competition for loos... more

I liked this campsite because it was quiet and clean. The showers and toilets were very well kept and a gentleman even came by early morning to make sure the water was warm enough. I camped with my 7month pregnant friend and my 5 yr old son, so the 10pm quiet time was very idealistic for us. If I were... more

Just spent a weekend here and would put out 2 warnings to other travelers, read the small print and, if you don't, expect pretty rough treatment. We did not read the notes which say no noise after 10, assuming that the cut off is 11 o'clock as signposted around the site. Our fault. Result; an owner who very rudely told... more

I'm sorry that this person didn't enjoy their stay. They had to be asked to leave following a night where they had to be repeatedly asked to keep the noise down. We have a clear 10pm no noise policy that all customers are made aware of on our website pages, in our terms and conditions, verbally on arrival and in...

I stayed at this hostel over the bank holiday weekend, it is one of the best hostel I have stayed in. I had a 6 bed- ensuite room for myself and five friends and it suited are needs. The bunk beds are the large size, with bedding provided and each bed has its own individual light. These touches made the... more
