The old manse offers clean , basic accommodation and I mean basic. No soap, no shampoo, two teabags per day, two coffees per day and no biscuits. Breakfast is available at extra cost if required. Cash only is the policy and you are required to pay the full amount on arrival, without seeing the room. The room itself was clean... More

We stayed here for two nights in August, whilst in the area for a wedding. We were greeted by a nice person on arrival. My husband had booked the room and not realised it was a shared bathroom, however I think on realising he hadn't realised and I didn't know about it, she kindly out us in a room with... More

The Guest House is clean & very comfortable, lovely & warm. We had everything we needed in the room & had a very pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There is a lounge you can use and you're also able to use the dining room (we brought a takeaway back having arrived late). The room had a dvd player as well as a TV. The guest house is easy to find - well, at least it was with our SatNav! The car park... More
