We stayed at The Imperial Belvedere at the beginning of October 2014. We enjoyed joining in the various activities on offer. The pools were very nice, the areas were always clean and tidy. The Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful, the animation team work really hard throughout the day and evening to keep children and adults entertained/... More

We stayed at the Imperial in late October and arrived with high expectations. Unfortunately we left rather disappointed. Our main concerns were with the food which could only be described as awful at best. Cold, greasy, salty and bland - so by the end of the week we were living off bread rolls. That said, the desserts were quite nice.... More

Had a fantastic stay - all 50 of us. Most of us booked directly with the owner, which was a smooth process, a handful booked with tour operators. Most of us were located in the same block in the royal, which was nice, but we requested Imperial (as they have rooms which have an upstairs & downstairs). All the staff... More

Having never been to Crete before we were looking forward to our 'new adventure'. Nor have we stayed at an 'all inclusive' resort before and perhaps would not choose to do so again! Fortunately we spent little time in the hotel as we had plenty of plans to visit many of the interesting places on the island-especially the archaeological sites.... More

When booking this hotel, we were aware we could "use the facilities of the neighbouring hotel" but it might be useful for people considering a stay here to know that the two hotels are on one site and that it is one huge complex. Saying that, at no time did it feel crowded despite the fact our hotel was full... More

We booked this trip for the first week of September 2014 about 3 weeks before hand. We booked 2 double rooms (traveling with my brother-in-law and his wife). On arrival we were quite impressed. Facilities looked good. We had the family suite which is about 50 meters from the reception. This consisted of a large room with large double bed,... More

We booked a last minute 10 night deal with First Choice in October. On arrival we were immediately impressed with the hotel. The reception area is enormous and very clean. A member of staff escorted us to our room which seemed very good of them but soon realised we would have never found it by ourselves. Room was generally good... More

The first thing to say about this place is it is very hilly, but don't let put you off, the views are lovely. whilst all staff were helpful must single out Maria, front desk receptionist. having been given a bungalow on level 2 we found it far too steep for my husband to make it up the hill as he... Staying here at the moment, just staring 2nd week. Hotel is huge, 2 hotels in 1, little streets of apartments. Hotel is lovely, rooms basic but very clean. Food, same as all other all/inc food, but something to eat every night. Entertainment is something that needs to be looked at. Entertainers try, but could do with upgrading entertainment at night....
