The Irene village hotel is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star welcome, every thing is clean and the staff cannot do enough for you, also Alex and Mike will keep you entertained at the bar for as long as you care to drink, The hotel is basic, and the food slightly repetative (if your looking for a full English or... I have returned from a week at Irene Village and was rather worried about what I would find having read the reviews on here. The rooms were clean, towels and bedding changed every other day which is better that some places I have stayed in Greece. The bathroom was a problem and no matter how much we mopped the floor... Contrary to the experience of the last reviewer, we had a great holiday at Irene Village. The food wasn't great but everything else was lovely. The apartments were absolutely spotless. We are English and were never made to feel unwelcome, quite the opposite in fact. We will definitely go back!

Have just got back from 10 days at Irene Village.... loved the apartment and the complex itself, but the "All-Inclusive" food was an absolute joke!!! Cereal or bread for breakfast, salad for lunch and salad with a different coloured mush for dinner EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!! No snacks available EVER and only limited drinks from 8am - 10pm. Definitely felt very... More

I stayed here with my sister and her family from the 23-30th July and what a lovely stay I had. Wasn't sure what to expect as there were a few negtive reviews on here, but was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious and very clean (maids came every other day to change bedding and towels). The staff were excellent. Mike,... More

We were booked at the hotel by our Greek agent. We were told that it is a 4 stars self-catering hotel. The self-catering part is right, the 4 stars not so. The "hotel" is located at the edge of Chersonisos, which means that you need to walk about half an hour to town or take a taxi. The place is... More

It was mid August 2011 and we were here for two weeks. On first impressions, we found this complex was built in the style of a "mini greek village" with several blocks of 2 storey high apartments painted in the traditional colours of blue and white with a reasonable sized swimming pool. However, there are only two staff members who... More
