This is really a good budget hotel. I stayed there with my family. Hotel staffs are very polite. Location is excellent, taxis are always available from hotel. Guwahati-Shillong shuttle service is also available within steps. A good restaurant is also there.

I had visited Hotel Micasa, Shillong from 3rd March till 6th March. But as far as our visit we booked the hotel on our own and didn't have any problem. We got readily available rooms.Although I think the cost of the hotel is a little bit expensive for budget travelers.

This Hotel is nasty, unhygenic bedcovers, blankets are dirty ad unhygenic.They provide used towels bedcovers and blankets. No proper housekeeping.they have nexus tieup with travelagent TTMI. Moreover proprieter is dacoit and cheater. Be careful about TTMI and Mi Casa Hotel.This is my personal experience during stay on 24/12/12 to 26/12/12 at this Hotel

very nice hotel located very close to the center of the city and it is very close to good restaurants and taxi services. the stay was also pleasant and the reception staff was very help full. the overall experience was good
