Recently I have been to Shillong and I have identified this hotel from one of the travel portal.. I am extremely happy on my selection. Very good rooms, excellent Toilets most important that they have very efficient staffs in there hotel. I strongly suggest this hotel if any body comes to Shillong.

Very nice interiors of the hotel. Room was okay, not that good as compared to the hotel's interiors. Decent stay. Had a good view from the room and a pretty much decent bathroom. Nice restaurant. I had booked through Make MyTrip and never expected such quick check in ever. The staff are courteous and makes you feel special. The food though needs to improve as compared to its efficient service.

Good location, most modern rooms after its renovation, good food and great bathrooms. The staff were very co-operative and well behaved. Sound proof windows are really good. The hotel assisted us in local tourism. The hotel is very secured and comfortable.

The appearance of the hotel is very dull...staff is lazy, don't care for the customers. Rooms are appears to be very old. In no angle looks like a 3 star hotel...! There are much better hotels in the same (or rather lesser) rates in and around the same area.
