Good choice for a budget hotel. Located right next to the railway station. Clean rooms. And I cannot stress enough on the great food! Staff is well mannered and helpful. Mobile network connection is a problem, so be prepared for that. Also, my family had problem reaching me on hotel phone numbers as well. But overall, a nice decent trip!

The hotel is ok with less advance facility. Rooms are clean including balcony, one bed, sofa and small TV. Bathroom is small and not clean also. No need to book AC rooms, as climate is already cool. Main Points are: • Very near to Matheran Railway station and main market, so place is safe. • Pure Veg Food which is... More

The rooms are really very average and the bathroom is very tiny, almost below the sink. No lift and I was placed on 2nd floor, good exercise though. The hotel is exactly opposite to railway station and in the at the start of market. The food was good, pure veg, mainly gujrati cuisine. The staff was very helpful and courteous.... More

The only good thing is the location - opposite railway station. Rooms are average - bathrooms very tiny. We booked here since Pure Veg Food was served. Overall, food is decent. Swimming pool is for Name-sake. There is a Disco - which we were able to enjoy.

We had planned a 2 day stay in Matheran because it was a place I hadn't been to before (always went to Lonavla or Mahabaleshwar), hoping it would be a cool respite from the heat in Pune. However, the toy train trip to Matheran was a difficult journey which seemed to go on forever. The train started late and the... More

Average hotel but food is very nice. Location is awesome, right opposite railway station. Rooms are average but clean and tidy. The room has balcony, but don't use it in the morning as monkeys get in. Swimming pool is dirty and horrible. Horses are available right outside the hotel. Nice value for money.

Food was good. The location was very nearby to the railway station. Hot water was available. Breakfast and lunch was good. Dinner was good but could have been better. Rooms were clean. We did not book AC room because anyways the climate was cold and there was no need of AC.

I have very bad experience. The dinning experience and hospitality that we received was horrible and insulting. the food served was cold and not worth the cost. supporting staff is not good. Receptionist talked very rudely.. I gave one rating because of there no choice less than 1. Please avoid this place.
