A quick trip to the time when Britain reigned. All gentile, leisurely, and a quality unparalleled. Cocktails and tea on the lawns, bagpipes at sunset, crisp linen and china. No need for tie and tux, but what the heck. Ask for the Judge's room or Rudyard Kipling's.

this is a property which is hidden and away from the tourist circuit. If you are visiting all the mata temples in chintpurni, jwalaji and others in the area, it is one of the best places to stay as there aren't too many good places around. It is a nice old touch feeling to the property and the food is... More

Despite experiencing terrible weather during our stay here this little hotel was just perfect for us! We were made to feel like honoured guests in someone's country house. Our room was comfortably furnished with antique pieces and heated with a portable radiator...we even had a separate dressing room! We visited the nearby village with its quirky shops (I bought a... This was our last port of call in what was a fantastic 2 week tour of northern India. It was ok but not fantastic. The old colonial history is still in evidence , the staff are fine and the garden area inside is a pleasant place to sit. However we found the actual rooms very tired and past their sell... More

Judges Court is a fine hotel in the middle of the Indian countryside. There is a pleasant little village nearby. The staff are friendly and the food is good. The rooms are pleasant but water is scarce there so do not expect gushing showers. The gardens are lovely and the verandas too with their wicker furniture.

Lovely hotel. Lovely people who will do their very best to supply your every wish. We stayed at the end of a hectic couple of weeks in India and thoroughly enjoyed it. As it was still quite cold at night the hot water bottles delivered to our room was very welcome. We were lucky enough to meet the owners visiting... More

The Judge's court is a must when visiting India, it is close to this heritage village and the family who own this beautiful house make you feel so very welcome. The food is excellent too and staff very helpful.

We stayed at this charming Heritage Hotel for one night. On the face of it and from the delightful photographs and recent reviews we were looking forward to a pleasant overnight stay. This was not our experience, in fact a very uncomfortable and unwelcome stay Although the hotel reservation was made several months ago through our UK travel agent our... More
