we stayed here for two nights. The services provided were not up to mark. The quality of food is too poor.There is so much time lag between meal ordered and service provided. The bedrooms are not properly cleaned as there are flies in room.

We stayed at Grace Mount in Dalhousie, check-in 22-May, check-out 24-May. We're really pleased with the spacious suite and excellent service! We're among the first one to try their brand new Suites, they're very spacious. Restaurant is good as well. We'll certainly go with Grace Mount, every time we visit Dalhousie!

We stayed for 2 nights here. The service was good, but the food was not. Altough we ordered Punjabi food, it lacked any taste. Also, one of the vegetable had dead cockroach in it. Apart from this, all was very good. The hotel does not have any fans or A.C as it is too cold outside.

We stayed here and find that though secluded from the main market, it offers good holidays, with excellent food but expensive one. Services are good and friendly. In particular one waiter Bitto Sharma has been very good to us.

The rooms were very average types. The major drawback was its bathroom. the water geyser continuously leaked and was right on the top of the toilet. It was a great experience staying in Grace Mount. The location is awesome and you will be surprised many times in a day by the view from the room balcony.
