Stayed in Nov 2011, The staff are polite and prompt. The rooms are not worth the money. the rooms are dirty and worse is the bathroom, it was so dirty that we have to shift our room and in that room too the knobs are broken, no warm water, one can see cowebs everywhere...This is the hotel i'll always avoid... The location is central, hotel staff is poor in mannerism, courtesy and are guest averse. Rooms and wash rooms are shabby and poorly maintained. Service is average. Overall not worth so would suggest to look for alternatives.
