the resort staff and the divemasters are fun as they're very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. one is stress free when training under them. A tourist's comfort and safety is very well looked after by the highly qualified and experienced instructors. i'd recommend this resort for those who're interested in trying a hand at diving . with its fabulous location, one... Everything about this place is awesome. Being right next to Radhanagar beach is the very first trump card . .not to mention that the 2 min walk through beautiful woods with picturesque tall trees to the beach from the resort The property has cottages which have been tastefully blended into the forest look . .luxurious yet close to nature .... The Resort (we took Sea View Cottage without A/C) was perfekt for us... realy good quality of rooms, nice terrace on first flor, but th not to "high end"... so that you have a nice "relaxing level" and goog atmosphere there. We spent six nights at Barefoot scuba and also took a dive course. We booked the sea-view duplex and this was absolutely wonderful- after spending lots of time on the island and checking out nearly every resort, this was by far the best: sea view, private balcony, air-conditioned, big enough, just fantastic. The downside to Barefoot scuba is absolutely the... More

Stayed in Barefoot for couple of nights in feb 2014, the rooms (AC Duplex Villa) was quite good, it has all the necessaries items with a great view of ocean. The units doesn't share wall with any other unit (hence respects privacy), has cordial staff to help you out whenever needed and has a very good restaurant for vegetarians. I... More

We first stayed in the Frame Huts for 5 nights as the Tented Cottages were fully booked. The hut had a matress, a moskito net and a fan but was quite small. As the roof consists of palm leafs, there are quite a few animals inside, like spiders. That's why i didn't put "Excellent" in the rating. The shared bathroom... More

We stayed 3 nights at Barefoot resort (very good) and 3 nights at Barefoot scuba in the sea-facing duplex cottage. The room was pretty good and we found the staff for both the 'resort' and particularly the dive centre to be very helpful and friendly. The location of this place is great but they could really do a lot more... More
