I have been staying at the William Ann Motel for one week out of each month, for the past ten months. There are NO bedbugs whatsoever at this establishment. The first night was fine friendly people. The second we found bed bugs. We told the owners they did nothing about it and wouldn't refund our money. They said there wasn't any there I have the bites to prove it.

We keep coming back over and over. The William Ann is about half way on a trip made two or three times a year. If you want a night's sleep at a price within a budget, then stay here. I stopped here at the end of the day. Room was very clean, but dated. Door opened to parking lot. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel I have stayed at for quite sometime, always cleaned, showers are always hot, you could not find a more friendly staff to talk to or deal with. Its close to everything you need shops, gas, food,etc. Great affordable rates for every one to enjoy. This place is much better than the other hotels I 've stayed at nearby.
