Rude rude... Front desk is very rude. Never there never answer phone. Very unprofessional. The big one is the worst of the 2. Been here for months and always hateful and rude never get what you need always have to wait. They discriminate against people. Yell at guest. Called manager and she advised me she would take care of it.... More

This hotel was a life saver for me and my family because we relocated here thinking we would be staying at Intown Suites two doors down from here for several months while we find a new place but after being in their room for less than 3 hours Bed Bugs came out like roaches so we came over here after... I booked 3 rooms for a family reunion and the rooms were very clean and fresh the rooms were not the outdated hotel type and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Robyn went out of here way to make sure we were on same floor and with directions around town.

I stayed at this hotel just last week and had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The hotel was very busy but the staff always made time for my needs. Also I loved having the kitchenette to cook my own meals.

To begin we stayed back in april and it was okay except the large white maid didn't ever change the sheets, towels nor vaccum. This time we stayed two weeks and the same large maid didn't do any housekeeping except change a towel and washcloth and called the room good she didn't change sheets, didn't take the towels nor washclothes... Again, denied service because I had a service animal. Among other issues, just the telephone contact that I had with this property was enough to tell me that I wouldn't stay here even if it was free. They won't allow animals "No Matter What", but what they failed to realize is that a service animal is the exception. Ugh. Frustrating.... More

If you're low on cash, this is a decent fit for you. But considering the constant smells ranging from old Asian food and body odor to something that smelled like stale smoke,(which may have just been burned smells from cooking), and the fact that you apparently need to leave your room while a housekeeper tends to the room you PAID... dirty, roaches, staff is rude, they charge you $10 to change your sheets no matter how long u stay. we have been here for 3 weeks and have yet to have them vacuum or change sheets. Also you cannot get clean towels here either so you must bring your own or wash the hotels towels with YOUR own money!!!! if... More
