Firstly, the nightly rates avialble were a bargain relative to other options in the area. The rooms are clean and have all you need whether for a quick weekend trip or an extended stay [I stayed in the Business Suites, it had Frig, Microwave, Computer Desk, etc]. Nice update! The bottom line with any priced hotel or motel for us is cleanliness! Most everything in room is new except the AC / Heating unit, which worked very well. Not much to say really. What you get at the Red Roof Inn Fairborn is a clean, recently remodeled room, plenty of free parking and you can walk across the road to the EJ Nutter Center. There is also a convenience mart right next to the hotel so that you can stock up on supplies and magazines if need be.... more
