This is part of the Red Roof remodeling chain-wide. They are one of the better budget hotels at this point, at least value-wise. No continental breakfast or swimming pool. Just a basic accommodation with free parking and easy access to I-675. No traffic noise in my room. No restaurants in walking distance but hotel is adjacent to a convenience store... More

We had a King Superior Room. It was was clean, had fridge and microwave, spotless, newly renovated bathroom, a ton of lights (didn't feel I was in a dungeon), and more electrical outlets than even we could fill (which is close to miraculous). Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and amazingly helpful.

Spent 2 nights working in the Dayton area and this Red Roof provided a nice, clean, comfortable base. Close to a variety of restaurants; breakfast spots and good places for dinner. There's a Speedway convenience store immediately adjacent to the hotel.

We stayed at the Red Roof Nutter Center while visiting Dayton University and Wright State University. It was a great location close across the street from Wright State's Nutter Center sports arena. It was also close to a wide variety of restaurant choices. The staff was very friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable.

We came to go to the United States Air Force Museum, the staff was so friendly the room was clean and the price was fantastic. I am a diabetic that has to take insulin so having a refrigerator in room made things much easier on me. I recommend this hotel highly..

We booked the Red Roof last minute because we were out of town and forgot to make reservations with the rest of the team. Glad we waited! Our room was on the 3rd floor, all the way at the end so it was very quiet. We had no other traveler noise outside our room at all! Room was surprisingly updated.... More

I'm going to summarize this quickly. We came to Dayton for the weekend to see Wicked and decided to stay at this hotel because we have two small dogs and it was affordable. Customer service was very good and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. We checked in promptly at 3pm and the roof was ready. It was... More

Even though there was a bowling tournament nearby, and major band competitions from around the country performing in the area, we found the facility was well in control. A nicely run motel made our stay a success.

Greeted on arrival by huge smile and felt appreciated - thanks, Kyra! First impressions make a difference, and it was very positive. I even brought Jake, my labradoodle, in to meet her. Location was excellent for the Museum of the Air Force, Jake stayed at nearby Pet Smart for Doggie Day Camp, so it worked well for me. Room was... More

This hotel is right off the highway so it's fairly noisy all night. Garbage was left in the corridors by staff and an abandoned car has been left in the parking lot. Not the prettiest of places but for the price it's a place to stay. Rooms are clean and the shower worked well. If you are looking for location... More
