I stayed here three nights checking out the Air force museum and local history attractions. It's what you would expect from a Red Roof Inn, and the price point. After my first night expressed some concerns I had with the front desk, (2 small spiders crawling on my bed, one in the bathroom sink, hair that was not mine on... More

Visiting family in Dayton Xenia area with pet, room is small but clean, Tee took very good care of the room for the five days we were there. Outside entrance on first floor made taking out our dog easier. First room had bad smell but we were given another which was much better.

Was in town for a wedding and needed something close that was pet friendly. Requested a bottom floor room but due to a convention going on across the street, they couldnt honor my request. Decent room, pillows were flat and need replaced tho. Appeared to be clean with basic amenities. Typical low end sheets and towels. Staff was friendly and... More

I stayed here for 5 days. It is walking distance to Wright State University and 5 min drive WPAFB. Rooms are average and clean. Free Wi Fi but allow sometimes. No breakfast but there are several restaurants at walking distance. Pretty reasonable at the price. Rooms were kept clean.

Upon check in the staff was helpful and kind. My good experience ended there. Upon entering my room it smelled of smoke. No other rooms were available so I thought I'd just deal with that. Pulled back the sheets and stains were on them. White powdery stains on the floor near the bed (if you have to stay in one... More

This is part of the Red Roof remodeling chain-wide. They are one of the better budget hotels at this point, at least value-wise. No continental breakfast or swimming pool. Just a basic accommodation with free parking and easy access to I-675. No traffic noise in my room. No restaurants in walking distance but hotel is adjacent to a convenience store... More

We had a King Superior Room. It was was clean, had fridge and microwave, spotless, newly renovated bathroom, a ton of lights (didn't feel I was in a dungeon), and more electrical outlets than even we could fill (which is close to miraculous). Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and amazingly helpful.

Spent 2 nights working in the Dayton area and this Red Roof provided a nice, clean, comfortable base. Close to a variety of restaurants; breakfast spots and good places for dinner. There's a Speedway convenience store immediately adjacent to the hotel.

We stayed at the Red Roof Nutter Center while visiting Dayton University and Wright State University. It was a great location close across the street from Wright State's Nutter Center sports arena. It was also close to a wide variety of restaurant choices. The staff was very friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable.

We came to go to the United States Air Force Museum, the staff was so friendly the room was clean and the price was fantastic. I am a diabetic that has to take insulin so having a refrigerator in room made things much easier on me. I recommend this hotel highly..
