The best thing about this hotel were the helpful staff. The evening clerk directed us to a fine local restaurant which exceeded expectations.

I am a frequent traveler and this is the worst experience I've had at a hotel. The hotel is very dated and not very clean. I can't help but think the positive reviews on here are fake. Close to Wright Pat and highways and within10-15 minutes from Dayton Airport and Yellow Springs with local colleges. Fine basic hotel that caters to visitors to area. Somewhat isolated but cars are necessary in this area!

This motel met our needs for a convenient place to stay near Fairborn, Ohio. Convenient to I-675 and city. Property seemed well maintained and clean. Room was comfortable. This was by far the worst hotel stay ever. Nothing was updated. The hallway floors were lumpy and uneven. The room smelled like mildew/mold when we entered. The room was dirty. Beds was hard as a rock. Breakfest was served 7-11 we got down there at 8:30 for them to have ran out of food. Went to service desk twice for no employees had to walk outside and ask them questions cause they was smoking

Dirty rooms. Soiled mattresses. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Attendants spent more time smoking in front of hotel. I visited front desk twice and had to go outside to get someone - they were smoking.

This hotel was overpriced. Stayed here two nights for a soccer tournament Memorial Day weekend. Staff was friendly, but hotel is old and had a musty odor. No pool, but breakfast was more than enough.
