I'm here in the lobby writing this review. The place is clean and easy to find from the highway. It's walking distance to fast food. The staff are a "little rough around the edges" but friendly. My family and I had a very good experience at this hotel. I selected it, because of the price and availability of queen beds. We were visiting relatives and have confidence in Comfort Inns - not this one!! Staff was smoking when we pulled up, butts outside on sidewalk, should have turned and ran but stayed. Like the previous poster, couldn't get the Internet. When asked, no help at all. When in the Dells at another Comfort Inn, the same thing happened but the front desk were tremendous in the help they gave me to get online.
