Arrived early on a Saturday, great service at the front desk, Our suite was above our expectations. We also ordered food from the lounge restaurant (there was 10) of us a really big food order it was done in 10 minutes. The pool was nice and warm since it was a cold cleveland night it made for a wonderful visit,... More

Radisson requires a credit card to hold their rooms, we reserved a jacuzzi suite. However when we arrived we decided to pay cash for the room. When we checked out Radisson also charged our credit card for over $300 that we had already paid them. When questioned them we were ducked at the front desk, the asst. GM and finally... More

I spent one night in this hotel. It was adequate for a short stay... though the toilet in my room had a habit of flushing itself every so often... which would have grown annoying if I had not been dead to the world upon arrival. The sleep number bed was interesting and I can imagine if I had been travelling... More

Very tired hotel. Shabby around the edges. Bedding not bad, but bathroom extremely small. Would not take a shower in this tub, it was disgusting. The ceiling was cracked in places. Front desk helpful and breakfast sandwich was actually good. Don't stay here unless you get a really good deal online. Even with that I was tempted to leave, but... More

My husband and I live in the area and planned a spur-of-the-moment night out for our anniversary. My husband's only criteria was that it be a Jacuzzi suite. Our usual local favorites, the Lodge at Geneva State Park and Quail Hollow, were already book for the evening. We had never stepped foot in the Radisson despite it being a hot... More

I spent 4 nights here and it was better than average. The staff was very good and the rooms were good as well. No frills. They did have a nice bar too. Was able to book a very good rate online as well.

In a more industrial type area..outside was fine, parking lot had lots of potholes. Lobby was very nice..at check-in chair behind counter was very worn and visible to guest, made me leery of what was to come! Directed to club level rooms..needed room key to work elevator, different key for swimming pool. Room was clean upon entrance, dirt around edges... More

Be sure to ask for a room with a sleep number bed, they are very comfortable. The rooms are somewhat small, and the bathtub/shower very small. You can't seem to stand comfortably in the tub without having your feet on a slope. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at better radisson's but a booked a good corporate rate. Rooms were small and decor was kind of old, but those are my only two negative items about the stay. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the front desk was friendly. The hotel bar was not too bad either. The elevator smelled bad and had no... More

Our room was so small! the sink for the bathroom is outside of the bathroom in the bedroom area. the bathroom is TEENY TINY - you can barely turn around in there. the microwave (junky & old) & fridge is sitting right next to the desk on the floor right at the base of the bed. the bed is a... More
