This was a very, very nice hotel. Nevertheless, I thought the price was high compared to hotels of the same quality. It definitely did not have that rundown shabby feel and it was clean. Now for the negatives: First, the cream packet in the room curdled when poured into coffee, but front desk replaced coffee and cream immediately. Second, we... more

This is my second stay at this property and it is just your standard Hilton Garden Inn, nothing more, nothing less. The front desk staff was fine and check-in was very quick. The room itself is standard HGI, but was clean. If you don't have a car there is a Max and Ermas within walking distance along with another steakhouse... more

Vistied Columbus to attend the UFC event taking place at the Nationwide Arena. It was the same weekend as the Arnold Classic so every hotel close to the arena was booked. Found this hotel by chance. Was a little worried about the distance to downtown but the 15 minute drive was totally worth it. The hotel was really nice. I... more

The bed was excellent!!!......we used the pool and the hot tub after we came back from the wedding at 1 am , and although it said that the pool was open till 11pm noone disturbed us and we had a... more

Nice hotel, nice location. Even though I requested a quiet room location I was placed on the fourth floor mid point in the hallway surrounded by a group of 12-14 year olds who were constantly running up and down the hallway making lots of noise. Otherwise this was a nice hotel. more

Don't stay here! We had very expensive camera equipment stolen from our room either by housekeeping or maintenance. The hotel manager won't return our calls and their insurance company has refused to pay! Also, it's not worth the money to stay here then have to pay $9.00 for a breakfast when most hotels are free more

I wrote a very positive review of this hotel back in March. I stayed there again in late June for two nights, and this time was very disappointed. My room was dirty (the toilet had brown stuff near the screws that hold the lid on), there was no help at the restaurant for breakfast the first day and tables were... more

We stayed here twice in the last couple months. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. But just a heads up - the beds are so small! Fine for one person but not adequate for two adults. I think they're technically called "doubles" - seemed like an oversized twin. Soudproofing between rooms could be improved... more

Stayed two nights; had three rooms for all the family members who were on the trip. Very clean, spacious rooms, nice public areas. Staff very friendly. No complimentary breakfast, but we had the full breakfast bar at $7.95 and were extremely pleased. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we've stayed at this facility, and have been pleased every time.... more
