I booked my hotel on line and then in turn called the hotel itself. When I called I asked if they had a pool and was told yes, but was never informed that it was closed for maintenance. I found out when I checked in. I satyed for two nights and on the second night I needed a roll away bed. They were going to charge me 7 dollars and I asked to speak to the manager who in trn told me because of the pool misunderstanding that he would reimburse me half the cost of the first night and give me the roll awawy bed for no charge. When I arrived at my room when i walked in it smelled like cat urine, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the ice machine on the second floor was broke and wheni checked out on sunday morning the manager refused to reimburse me for half of friday night. He stated because i got the roll away bed for free that he wasn't goig to reimburse me any thing.
