Beautifully upgraded hotel with wonderful staff - special mention to Pooja who was extremely helpful and cheerful. Entire staff that we encountered were awesome. Look forward to visiting them again next year!

This hotel was recently upgraded with all new items. The rooms are great and the BED is marvelous! However, the best thing about BWP-West Akron is the staff. Mary and Pooja are the best. This hotel was a terrific place to stay. Everything was spotless, and everything worked perfectly. The rooms were well appointed. The fitness center has new equipment. The hotel staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful.

This best western was so nice! Staff, breakfast, rooms, cleanliness was all AMAZING! My husband and I only stay at Best Westerns and this is by far the nicest we have stayed at. We have stayed at ones in Goshen, Indiana area and a few different ones in Miami, Fl. We would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat!!!!
