Keep far away from this hotel. Not only are the valet parkers especially incompetent in their jobs and will deny any damages they will do to your cars, but the rooms themselves are terrible. No mini fridge for such a high class hotel, very late wake up calls, extremely uncomfortable beds, and all of the rooms seem to share a... more

Loved this hotel! Hotwire had it listed as 3.5 stars. I would give it 4. Be sure to request one of the corner rooms on a high floor. more

If you have any opportunity to stay elsewhere, do. If you can get your company NOT to use this hotel as their conevnion hotel, do. I came for a conference recently and although the location is close to the Arena District and Short North for entertainment and dining, this hotel allowed panhandlers to roam everywhere assaulting guests asking for money.... more

If I had to guess, I would say this property is the result a late 1970’s/early 1980’s urban development project that in it’s day was a big deal. In the decades since, it appears as though the Hyatt chain has foregone any major updates. And it shows. For starters, my room was in a bizarre triangular shape. The bathroom, for... more

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency in early January while my daughter and her friend attended Ohayacon (an anime/manga convention - enough said). The rooms are well done, and the location next to the convention center and Nationwide arena can't be beat. The hotel restaurant is nice, and has a take out "deli" available for quick meals. In the convention... more

Please choose another hotel when visiting Columbus. The beds were very uncomfortable not to mention the bathroom being so small that the door practically hits the toilet!!!!!!!!! With tax, we paid $145 for one night. Previously, we stayed at the Drury Inn next door, and I would recommend that over the Hyatt Regency. The "so-called" indoor pool was freezing and... more

We spent one night at this hotel, which we booked over Priceline. Since it was a couple of days before Christmas, the hotel was nearly empty. The room was very comfortable and clean and exceeded our expectations. Both the room and bathroom were a bit small, but well laid out, so this wasn't a problem. While we didn't use any... more

I stayed here while attending a meeting at the convention center across the street. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable. The location is walking distance to some nice bars and restaurants and across the street from the convention center. Overall, they get an A+ from me. more

I stayed at the Hyatt over several months. The location is very good, and the quality was consistant. more

This hotel has huge rooms and small bathrooms. We were here because of a meeting at the convention center. This hotel is connected to the convention center , but is still a decent walk to the conference area. Excellent hotel food at an evening banquet. Starbucks in the hotel was convenient and opened at 6am! Was dissapointed there were no... more
