Great staff, rooms, and rates! I now try and stay at Hyatt Places everywhere I travel. This was the first Hyatt Place I've ever stayed at and it sold me. The breakfast is pretty good too. We really enjoy this hotel. We have stayed here numerous times as we travel to Columbus many times a year for cattle shows. Our group include ages 57-2. The pool is nice in the summer. The there are plenty of places to eat in close distance and even in walking distance. The staff was friendly and very helpful. more

Stayed the weekend with friends going to watch the OHSAA Boys State games. Staff was friendly and check in/out easy. Even though the hotel was booked full plenty of breakfast was available. The only minor issue is that the bathrooms are small but the rest more than makes up fot it. more

We stayed as a stopover and endured an aggressively rude young lady working the desk on check out - she refused to switch the charge from my card to my wife's until i demanded to see the manager, who was very cool - i'll just hit the one in Dublin next time more

Excellent, newly renovated hotel. Modern decor, brand new furniture. Big HD flat screen TV, mini fridge, L shaped sofa, etc. Everything is almost brand new here except the bathtub. Great rates (less than $90 on a busy football weekend in August) and only 10 minutes from Ohio State University. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside... more

PROS: Nice large rooms. Very modern with great sectional couch w/ottoman, large flat screen tv, marble countertops, fridge, great pillows and down comforters. Several great restaurants within walking distance. CONS: If you smoke, this is a NON-smoking hotel, even though when I booked it online, it asked if I preferred smoking or non-smoking. We just stayed June 5-6, and found prior review comments accurate. The rooms are new and nice; the bathrooms are laughably tiny- one of those places where you can't sit on the toilet and close the door at the same time.
