We stayed at this hotel on 5/31, the night before leaving on vacation out of CMH airport. We have stayed at the larger chains (Hampton Inn, etc) closer to the airport before. “Value properties still need to get the basics right”

inexpensive. a/c in room worked poorly - not well enough to cool room. asked to be on 6 am airport shuttle and was called at 4 am for the 4 am shuttle. my room # entered for both 4 & 6 am. grrrrrr. morning staff not esp. friendly.

Staff was very nice. However, the rooms were not very clean, and there are no close restaraunts in the are. Even without any near by places, if the rooms were cleaner I would stay again and recommend to friends. The room being dirty made it hard to relax.
