We enjoyed our stay and we were especially impressed by how courteous the entire staff was. We had been in our room for less than 10 minutes when we received a call from the front desk asking if our room was to our liking and if there was anything we needed.

Actually, I would place the rating between 3 and 4. The outside appearance was very plain. And, the road construction in the area doesn't help. I deal with this Hotel on a daily basis for Business. They have been outstanding to deal with no matter the circumstance. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting the Central Ohio area. It is clean, the staff is second to none, and the location is close to many beautiful attractions.

I stayed for a week while doing some work in the area. The only bad thing was the breakfast. The biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were hard as a rock every day but one. Hotel is OK. Clean. What I typically expect from a Quality Inn. Check in was friendly but slow. I assumed she was new. OK,let me start by saying room was free due to attending an orientation.
