Actually, I would place the rating between 3 and 4. The outside appearance was very plain. And, the road construction in the area doesn't help. I deal with this Hotel on a daily basis for Business. They have been outstanding to deal with no matter the circumstance. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting the Central Ohio area. It is clean, the staff is second to none, and the location is close to many beautiful attractions.

Hotel is OK. Clean. What I typically expect from a Quality Inn. Check in was friendly but slow. I assumed she was new. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from and the place was very clean I would recommend to others to stay there. It was close to the things we wanted to see and do on this vacation.

Very dirty hotel rooms. No towels in bathroom. Unfriendly and un accommodating front desk staff. Elevators not working three days in a row. Pool dirty and non functioning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
