Stayed here 12/01 - 12/03. This was my second stay. Had a confirmed reservation for a king room - ended up with a queen even though the hotel was half full. The deadbolt lock did not work on the door, and after I requested that it be fixed and gave them all day, it was not fixed. There was hair... more

we were there for a wedding. The rooms were very nice. However, there were two of us in the suite and each morning they only gave us one towel to share! I complained to the front desk and they did bring us another towel. But I had to do that each day. The breakfast was not to great either. Also... more

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Franklin Park Suites. The hotel is beautiful, the suites are huge, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Even with 2 adults and 4 children, we had plenty of space (and privacy) and wished we could have stayed longer. There is an endless list of restaurants and things to do nearby, but the... more

Lovely hotel in a nice area of Columbus. Located by loads of amenities including nice bars and restaurants. The hotel is very tastefully decorated with a traditional British theme. Lovely furnishings and extremely comfortable rooms. Considering it was -19C outside at night it was lovely and warm in the hotel. Nice pool and hot tub. The staff are absolutely amazing... more

I have stayed at this lovely hotel before. The beds are fantastic, the lobby, tea room and bar spaces are beautiful and it is by far the nicest hotel in the area- a much better stay and value than Hilton Garden Inn and other options. They have recently added a twighlight tea which is really a light supper- lots of... more

I stayed here over a weekend and received nothing but bad customer service during my stay. The person working the desk when I checked in was rude and not personable. When I got to my non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke. I requested and was given another room, except they forgot to enter it into their computer, so I was... more

I stayed her in March 2007 for a business trip. First, this hotel recommended a taxi agency that committed to one price from the airport and tried to charge another. When I brought the taxi driver into the hotel to discuss it, the front desk person said my room number in front of the taxi driver. Not smart to do... more

My husband and I spent one night in a suite here last night. Nicely laid out room with a separate living area from the bedroom. Bed was comfortable and clean. It has a refrigerator, 2 cup coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, microwave, 2 TVs. The breakfast which is included is nothing special-a typical continental breakfast offering. Downside:2 dirty glasses being... more

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary for one night. We arrived on a Saturday aftenoon and everything was ready for us. Our room was spacious and immaculate. We stayed in a jacuzzi suite and it was a wonderful experience. There is a very large front room with tv, mini fridge, microwave, sink , dining table, desk, coffee... more
