Surly desk clerk. Train pulling coal cars 50 feet from the property. Loud, screaming children running amok to the pool. No WiFi in the rooms. Strange low lives in the hot, smelly, unairconditioned office lurking about (solo woman traveler) Rooms stunk, dirty, yukky. Checked out. Still waiting for the refund on my credit card. Don't stay here. It's awful. more

This was disgusting! We arrived late in the evening to be given a key to a cockroach infested room. Went back to the front desk to complain, the man was very apologetic and gave us a key to a different room. I don't know why the previous review is still there. It is from 2005. The person who wrote that stayed at the Cross Country Inn. This is no longer a Cross Country Inn, It's Americas Best Value Inn. The staff was very friendly which is hard to find these days. The rooms comfortable & clean. Plenty of restaurants within 1/2... more

I feel it is important to review this hotel in the matter of confirmatons and wheelchair accessiblity. I had 3 rooms confirmed, 2 adjoining, one hc assessible, all ground floor. These rooms were booked for a corporate trip, involving 4 individuals using wheelchairs. I even made a pre-trip visit on -site to see the rooms ahead of time. We were... more
