We have stayed in several Country Inn & Suites establishments before and this presented no surprises--neither good not bad. They maintain very similar lobbies and accommodations. The breakfasts are plentiful, tasty, but not spectacular. The rooms are clean and the staff helpful. It was a good value, especially considering we booked it through a discount website.

All in all, an ok experience. Shuttle pick up at the airport was quick and friendly. Check in clerk was efficient and pleasant. first night pool was down the elevator was not working. second day the staff was rude and in the evening the power was out and the staff on charge stated that the manger was not going to go and get a gentator 13 miles away.
