Have been a preferred member since 05/1992. Use Red Roof at least six times a year.Need first floor rooms. Jennefer had us booked on third floor. Requested first floor.She then asked for my drivers license ,and copped an attitude.Reluctantly-gave me room 104. The room had not been cleaned properly. Cigarete burns on the carpeting,bath tub drain clogged with hair.could not control thru the wall heater by thermostat. Had to get up at least four times during the night to turn the heater off,and then back on when the room became cold again. more
