We have filed a complaint with the BBB, and will be filing complaints with the appropriate Attorney General’s office, Secretary of State and others in order to STOP this company from stealing/lying/cheating customers. Don't stay at the InTown Suites On Dublin-Granville Rd. in North Columbus. There's no where to park, they have tenants(not guests)who have junk cars littering the parking lot. Some with flat tires, expired tags, big trucks taking up 2 spaces that NEVER move. I complained to the manager Sean about it. Of course, the tenant who owns the junk cars... more
