Very poor customer service! Slow and clearly understaffed. Our non-smoking room had the worst smoke odor. No hiding it or cleaning it. Plus the hallways smelled of smoke. And we had 1year old baby with us. Rooms not ready and we waited an additional 2 HOURS before getting a room. Too bad we pre-paid, otherwise would have gone somewhere else. More
