I checked in to the Renaissance Columbus Downtown two days ago, but the wonderful service began even before arriving. I called because I'm traveling as part of a group, and there were some questions I had before arriving. I talked to Alex Dolbier, and she answered all my questions. She went above and beyond by looking for local bakeries that... More

Stayed here one night for a wedding. Great location downtown and the hotel was beautiful. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Our room was very clean and I was impressed with the rooftop pool!!

The staff is very welcoming, especially Ashton at the front desk. This hotel is beautiful, and is in a very nice part of town. Nice workout facility and a great rooftop pool. If you have an adjoining room, just know the sound travels through the wall/door. There was a wedding party here and our neighbors were a bit too loud... More

I worked her in the early 1980's while going to college. The old Sheraton was built in 1963 & the renovation was ok but not excellent. The bathrooms are much smaller & they replaced the double beds with queen beds. The pool deck has been completely remodeled along w/ the lobby & restaurant. A large workout room & sauna have... More

I recently stayed here for a wedding over a weekend. Bathe front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and clean, although much if the furniture had seen better days. The food was just ok, nothing to write home about. My major complaint is when I arrived home I realized there were long scratches running down... More

Tried to reserve a room for my husband for the Ohio Society of Anesthesiology conference. The person I spoke to (Josh? Jesh?) was too bored to listen & could not be bothered to link the reservation to the conference. When I repeated that the reservation was for the conference and should be booked at the conference rate, he hung up... More

I'll start with the "bad" stuff. Yes, the bathrooms are very small. Yes, parking is $25 valet. But, here's the great stuff. A few days before my arrival I received a very pleasant email welcoming me to the hotel and introducing a member of staff that could assist me with anything I needed. I responded that I would love a... More
