I stayed here for 4 days, it is a very nice property. Great location. The rooms are good size and well appointed. The housekeeper kept forgetting to replace either the coffee or the paper cups in my room but when I asked they gave them. The bathroom was very funky. Very small and with an odd folding door the thickness... More

Staff was courteous, room was spacious, bar was nice with a great cocktail menu, and it's close to other restaurants and activities in downtown Columbus. The only problem we had was getting charged for our room 3 times. I purchased the room on orbitz, when I checked in we got charged for the room, and when we checked out I... More

Decided to book a room here as part of a company meeting. Did not wish to drive home afterwards. Hotel is big and a bit cold when entering. And entering was hard as the line for valet parking was around the corner (three wedding receptions and my meeting of 300+). Still, they were hustling and being nice about it all.... More

Our stay at the Renaissance was wonderful. The staff was attentive and the hotel beautiful. From check in to check out we felt special and cared about. The attention to detail was very evident and the location was perfect. Thank you!

I have been staying here for quite a while (since last June) and can say that this is a great hotel. Overall the hotel is very nice, especially the staff. Yordie and Patricia at the front desk always make sure that I am taken care of - they are certainly all-stars. The upstairs club lounge is constantly filled with good... More

Visited this past weekend. Stayed in a junior suite. Agree with the comment regarding the small bathroom (and a very low commode). Also found the tvs to be too small for a suite. There were small flatscreens recessed into wall cabinets in the bedroon and in the living area. The positions of the tvs were not condusive to watching anything.... More

Staying only one night again but it's the perfect area if your heading to the east coast. Early Jan is always cold and the wind howling, but faces are friendly and the rooms are so comfortable. The staff gets a hat's off, ten high fives, knuckle bumps and wahoos for providing a delightful suite. As comfortable as home...and a little... More

Stayed for two nights the week (a slow one) before Christmas. We upgraded to a junior suite which may have been a mistake because the division into two rooms made the living area feel a bit cramped. The bathroom was so small that it had to have a folding door to save space. Overall, the decor seems a dated (orange?).... More

The staff at the hotel really went above and beyond my expectations when I encountered a problem at another hotel back in Nov. A great greeting at reception, a nice note and they worked with the other hotel to accommodate me. Gym was great, food was good too. Thanks to Yordi foe exception service.

couldn't ask for a nicer room or facility (tho i haven't eaten here). Read a few bad reviews before coming------jeez. Jaded jet set or something. 17 floor is quiet. 2 queen beds--wish i had just one, so maybe you should get the king. But the room is plenty big. deluxe bath. I'm not paying for this, so i can't say...
