My husband and I are Buckeye fans, and we have a daughter who is a sophomore at Ohio State. She was born and raised in NC. When it came time to choose between UNC and Ohio State, she made the right call! Anyway, we went to 3 Buckeye games this year, and we stayed at the German Village Inn all... More

Room was larger than expected, clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the shower was hot and high pressure water. There was a nice tv, fridge and microwave, plenty of space. The hotel is dated, the entrance is an outside door but the room was not bad for the price. Parking was very convenient and... More

The price was good and the room was clean and quiet. I didn't expect much for the price but for an overnight stay near the German Village it worked. Of all the places, I've stayed, this is the first time I check into a motel with a security glass between the guest and the front desk. There's a few places... More

Stayed here for 12 nights with my daughter for the fencing tournament. The room was clean and smelled fresh, maybe it was from the cleaning supplies they used? It's an older motor inn/motel, but don't let it turn you off. Stayed in a non-smoking, upstair room which was quiet, hardly heard a peep from other guests. The bed was firm... More

Stayed for one night after festivities in Columbus ended weekend of June 20th to save money. Yup, as expected, the room had flaws- the shower had no pressure, (I felt as if I couldn’t get all the soap out of my hair). The toilet seat was cracked, the fawcett in one of the sinks was broken and peeling wallpaper. There... More

Initial impression- Seedy. Clerks kids using glassed in office as a playroom. Dealing through the security window should be a warning. Several room occupied by long term residents. Room was clean enough, but all amenities were on the cheap. Spend another $20 and find a name brand facility one mile north. Your money will be well spent.

Location was great for Berliner, German Village events and many restaurants & pubs. Motel owners: how expensive is Paint? Suggestion, tear out carpet( socks got filthy from it). Paint the walls and remove the wallpaper in bathroom that you have attempted To STAPLE together. Pillows were really old and poor quality. Linens could be used as cheese cloth. Typical old... More

We needed a 1 night stay near Columbus. The pictures you see on the internet are very deceptive. We arrived in the afternoon, room was clean, a little dated but beds were nice. By evening there were quite a few others who arrived who I would not want to be out in the parking lot alone with. The "Continental breakfast"... More

My only hope was for an inexpensive yet clean room near downtown Columbus, and that's exactly what I got. The place is kind of a hole in the wall from the outside, but the room was very clean and even included nice refrigerator, microwave, TV, and coffee pot in the room. It was the best place near downtown less than... More

"Continental Breakfast" - Includes a bounty of plastic wrapped Patries and 7 day old bagels that made it to the trash before you could access them in the morning- not to mention cranberry juice from concentrate that was 45 parts water and half Part Concentrate- the coffee was good though. Shower did not work the first night after much pulling... More
