Hotel is good location because it is close to two good restaurants, Polaris Grill and Bonefish. The filthy lobby rug gives you the first appearance of what awaits you in the rest of the establishment. Linens on bed were very nice but the bathroom was filthy. I wish we had chosen one of the other hotels nearby. More
