The property is ugly. It seems old and not updated. It is imposible to get there with Mapquest. Do not Mapquest because it will not get you to the hotel. Customer service was terrific! Hotel shuttle was quick and pleasant about taking us to the NASA center and even a great restaurant called 100 Boomers. Pool was amazing and WARM. Room was a little worn down for a Sheraton, but the bed was more comfortable than mine at home! Highly recommended for convenient location, shuttle, beds. more
