My wife and I spent the weekend at the Ritz to celebrate my birthday. The weekend couldn't have been more perfect and the Ritz was a big part of it. You cannot beat the location or the views. Great curbside welcome from the valet. Fast check in and our suite on the Club level was better than I expected. The... More

We stayed at the Ritz for a night over Labor Day weekend on the way back east after dropping our son off at college. We were ready for a relaxing day and evening - and the Ritz was a great match. Comfortable rooms (we were not on a Club Floor), impeccable and friendly service, and a great location for visiting... More

Wife and I recently stayed one night. From previous reviews, we were not expecting the typical R-C standard of comfort/amenities/etc. But we were pleasantly surprised! Paid for an upgrade to the Club Level. Definately worth it. Our hostess, Jessica, was friendly, very helpful and not the least bit intrusive. Room was very, very comfortable. Work out room wasn't big, but... More

The service at this Ritz-Carlton was impeccable. Try booking your room on the private floor and you will have a fully stocked lounge. This hotel is connected to a mall and is near the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Enjoy.

While I have stayed in more luxurious Ritz Carlton properties, for the money, the Cleveland R-C is terrific. When I checked in during my last visit, I received a nice note thanking me for my return visit and enclosing a voucher for a free drink in the bar. Quite late that evening while preparing for a very important meeting early... More

Sometimes, you just can't rely on a name or a brand. Our visit to the Ritz Carlton Cleveland was at best, horrible. After speaking to the front desk prior to my arrival both the day before and the morning of our expected check in one would think our visit would be smooth as silk. It was the furthest thing from... Was in Cleveland for business and have stayed at this Ritz before. Arrived via taxi from the airport. Was greeted by the staff. For this Ritz, you need to take an elevator from the ground floor to the 6th floor where the lobby is located. Check-in was very smooth. Staff, as usual, were very courteous and friendly. A nice plus... More

I guess when I think Ritz Carlton, I'm expecting the best of the best. The public areas of the hotel (the pool, spa, lobby, meeting areas) are all beautiful and top-notch. The room was comfortable but nothing to write home about. I stayed here on business travel, so I figured I'd take advantage of the opportunity to stay at a... More

I am writing this after having spent two nights at the Ritz-Carlton Cleveland. I would definitely stay in Ritz-Carltons again based on my recent experiences at two of them (Cleveland and New Orleans) and would return to this hotel again (and I am a fussy New Yorker). Here are the pros and cons of the one in Cleveland. PROS: (1)... More

My husband and I stayed at the Ritz for a one-night getaway on December 18th. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was a nice size on the 10th floor with a downtown view and partial view of Lake Erie. We enjoyed cocktails in the lobby lounge. My husband arranged a romance package so after an excellent dinner at the... More
